Public Meetings Held During Public Health Emergency due to COVID-19

While the August 11, 2020 Regular Meeting has been canceled due the current Health Emergency.  The September 8, 2020 Meeting will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law and Community Development District, subject to recent Executive Orders 20-69, 20-112, 20-114, 20-150, and 20-179 issued by Governor DeSantis on March 20. 2020, April 29, 2020, May 8, 2020, June 23, 2020, and July 29, 2020, respectively.  The Meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified in the record at such meeting.

At this time it is necessary to hold the above referenced meeting of the District's Board of Supervisors utilizing communications technology due to the current COVID-19 public Health Emergency.  The District fully encourages public participation in a safe and efficient manner.  Toward that end, anyone wishing to listen and participate in the meeting can do so by calling the number below and entering the following code on the date and time of the meeting.  Additionally, participants are encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Manager in advance at JimWard@JPWardAssociates.com to facilitate the Board's consideration of such questions and comments during the meeting.
